Salesforce Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform
- Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions - Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and integrations
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
- Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and recommend enhancements
- Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations and champion best practices across the organization
Skills:
- 4+ years of
- on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role - Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e. g. , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and delivering impactful solutions
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy and how it supports sales and marketing operations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and
- party apps (e. g. , Tableau, Hub
Spot, Marketo) is highly desirable
