• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM , external APIs, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements based on performance and engagement metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy (GDPR) , security , and deliverability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align automation, segmentation, and customer experience strategies.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript , SQL , and HTML/CSS .
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and
  - party integrations.
• Understanding of customer data models , data segmentation , and marketing automation .
