The role

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including automations and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Implement automations with Automation Studio for scalable campaign execution.
• Develop scripts with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for advanced personalization.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Core Clouds and third‑party platforms via APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and platform governance best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.

Your profile

• You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science, or related fields.
• You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and Java
  Script.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Core via APIs or Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Technical‑proven certifications highly valued.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
