Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript/HTML/CSS/SSJS/SQL programming will be essential in delivering
- quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from an Admin perspective;
• AMPscript and Scripting: Writing and optimizing AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization in emails, mobile messages, and cloudpages + SSJS knowledge;
• Automation/Journey Builder: Building and managing automation processes, including triggered emails, journey workflows, and customer engagement paths;
• Integration: Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow (cross-cloud/product). More specifically, master the connection with Salesforce CRM and all the problematics revolving around it;
• Data Management: Handling data architecture, segmentation, and maintaining data quality within the Marketing Cloud environment;
• Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration;
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, including expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript/HTML/SSJS/CSS/SQL Programming;
• Have already implemented from scratch
  - cloud architectures, especially between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud);
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must;
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a must;
• Salesforce Administrator is a plus;
• Proficient in web services (SOAP, REST);
• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems;
• Experienced in Agile delivery;
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices;
• Excellent
  - solving and debugging skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels: English C1.
