We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who’s passionate about technology, data, and meaningful customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage marketing automation journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud , from strategy to execution.
• Create
  - channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc. ) that deliver personalized experiences at scale.
• Work with modules like Journey Builder , Email Studio , Audience Builder , and Automation Studio .
• Partner with marketing, CRM, and data teams to improve segmentation and engagement.
• Analyze campaign results, turning data into actionable insights that improve performance.
• Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Stay curious, explore new features, trends, and best practices to keep our marketing ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of
  - on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing .
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese .
• Team player who enjoys collaborating and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Salesforce certification is a nice plus (and we’ll love it if you have it!).
