Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

At WYperformance, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who is passionate about technology, data, and creating meaningful customer experiences. If you enjoy building personalized customer journeys, automating
- impact campaigns, and using data to drive measurable results, this role is for you.

You will be part of a collaborative,

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion.
• Create segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies based on customer data and insights.
• Monitor and analyze campaign and CRM performance, generating reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and strategic alignment.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, industry trends, and marketing automation best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of
  - on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to optimize campaigns and performance.
• Experience with automation workflows and CRM integrations (Salesforce core experience required; Hub
  Spot and Zoho are a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a
  - paced agency environment.
• Salesforce certification is a strong plus.
