We’re supporting a global organisation looking for a Senior Salesforce Coordinator to take ownership of a
- cloud Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud expertise who can lead teams, manage partners, and drive CRM excellence across the business.

• Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce Consultants
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions
• Oversee integrations, release management, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
• Ensure best practices, governance, and
  - quality execution across all CRM initiatives
• 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Proven background leading implementations and coordinating external partners
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with CRM, cloud technologies, and Dev
  Ops/Salesforce release processes
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon 3 days per week (Tue–Thu)
• Fluency in Portuguese & English
