The role

We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented Release Manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce environments and deployment processes. In this role, you will lead the
-
- end release cycle, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and
- deployment support. You will work closely with
- functional teams to maintain release integrity, compliance, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Align with product management to define timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources
• Coordinate with AMS, Dev
  Ops, and development teams to ensure successful releases
• Collaborate with test management to adjust release plans based on testing progress
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate deployment windows
• Create and manage release tickets in Jira
• Maintain accurate and
  -
  - date deployment documentation
• Monitor deployments and provide
  - call support when needed
• Report on KPIs and categorize deployment outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Understanding of Dev
  Ops principles and practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze issues and drive resolution
• Experience with Salesforce administration
• 3–5 years in release, demand, or delivery management
• Experience with CI/CD automation
• Salesforce and/or ITIL certifications
