MAIN PURPOSE
Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce Service Cloud Admin to support the delivery of Client Platforms solutions and applications to its Maisons.
The Salesforce Service Cloud Admin is part of the Richemont Client Platforms Area Team. You will join a dynamic team playing a pivotal role in a major,
- Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams across different countries and time zones.
As part of the Client Platforms team, the Admin will oversee the Salesforce Service Cloud Org, working directly with the Senior Admin and closely with the Salesforce Architecture and Release management teams.
This
- level role involves working on Salesforce Service Cloud topics such as platform development/configuration, authentication methods, data seeding, sandbox refresh, etc. The person will also support various teams in resolving critical platform issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Salesforce Admin in maintenance and administration tasks such as managing Connected Apps, Auth. Providers, Certificates, IP Addresses, Login Access Policies, Password Policies, User Unlocks, Permission Sets Groups, and Data Exports.
- Handle coding/configuration activities and collaborate with Product teams on Salesforce Service Cloud and Identity/Authorization.
- Maintain the Backup & Restore solution for Service Cloud and implement monitoring tools for system health, security, and performance.
- Monitor API consumption, support incident resolution related to API connectivity, and manage certificate renewal.
- Assist the Release Management team and maintain the Data Dictionary.
- Review Salesforce Release Notes and collaborate on
- impact incident resolutions involving Identity, Authorization, Support, and Product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant Salesforce consulting experience involving development/configuration activities.
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud products.
- Salesforce certified administrator or relevant certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
