For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce, with solid
  - on involvement in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.
• Good knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds, such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. (highly valued).
• Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to Salesforce development and architectural best practices.
• Experience in technical team leadership, including mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• A proactive and
  - oriented mindset, with a passion for growing and evolving a
  - performing team.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2) and Portuguese (B2)
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (up to 2/week)
