Role Overview

This role focuses on leading the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalable architecture and
- quality development across projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Oversee release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy.
• Support governance, security, and data quality across Salesforce platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a degree in informatics, computer science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, and familiarity with Dev
  Ops tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Technical‑professional certifications such as Platform Developer II or Architect‑level credentials are highly valued.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
