Remote-first, with occasional

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and
- impact Salesforce solutions across finance, insurance, health, and digital services.

You will:

• Lead
  -
  - end Salesforce architecture and implementation, from vision to execution.
• Solve complex platform challenges with creativity and engineering discipline.
• Use AI tools as your
  - architect: leverage tools like Claude and others accelerators to stay in a productive “vibe architect and coding” state—thinking faster, validating patterns quicker, and reducing design waste
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and review critical code.
• Ensure architectural integrity and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Embed automation, integration, and innovation in every solution.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations and translate them into business value.
  
  
  

• 5+ years of
  - on Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Proven track record designing and delivering complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong command of LWC development, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data modeling.
• Salesforce certifications (architect and/or adv developer and/or data cloud).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders and technical teams, adapting to both strategic and operational conversations.
• Proven skills in leading
  - functional teams, mentoring
  - workers, and managing technical project workstreams with confidence and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills able to build trust with clients and foster teamwork internally.
• A pragmatic,
  - on mindset with a commitment to delivering real client impact, not just technical perfection.
  
  
  

• Experience or interest to learn AI and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Prompt Builder) or integrating AI/ML-based components into development workflows
• Exposure to regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare, etc) or ISO-compliant environments.
