As SAP and Digital Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ERP processes as a Key User and Process Manager, contributing to internal digital projects related to Lean Digital, new planning tool implementations (and connections to SAP), and
- driven processes to support Körber’s Make to Order, Assembly and Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP PP Key User, bridging production operations and SAP systems by supporting end users, collaborating
  - functionally, liaising with IT, and driving continuous process improvement and integration.
• Analyze and improve Production KPIs using data from SAP, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
• Promote
  - quality,
  - time data to support
  - making and map existing manual or
  - manual workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digitalization.
• Understand business processes and SAP functionalities; facilitate communication between end users and SAP/IT teams, translating operational needs into system requirements and ensuring process consistency.
• Provide
  - level SAP PP support to end users (production order management, supply chain analysis, material creation) and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with other key users (MM, FICO, EWM) on internal improvement projects or problem solving to ensure seamless process integration.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background.
• 3-6 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong SAP PP skills; experience with SAP MM and SAP EWM.
• MS Power BI experience is a plus.
• Clear, concise, and collaborative communication.
• Natural curiosity and a questioning mindset with a proactive, continuous improvement attitude.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
