Your role in our team:

As SAP and Digital Process Engineer, you will play a key role not only in ERP Processes, intervening as Key User and Process Manager, but also in very distinct and attractive internal digital projects, that can be related with matters such as Lean Digital, New Planning Tool implementation (and connection to SAP), and have a big impact in improving in having reliable data and
- driven processes to support Körber’s
- growing Make to Order Assembly and Manufacturing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as SAP PP Key User, acting as a bridge between production operations and SAP systems by supporting end users, collaborating
  - functionally, liaising with IT, and driving continuous process improvement and integration.
• Analyze and improve Production KPIs, using data from SAP, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
• Promote the use of
  - quality,
  - time data to support
  - making
• Map existing manual or
  - manual workflows, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for digitalization.
• Understand both business processes and SAP functionalities. Facilitates communication and alignment between end users and SAP/IT teams, translating operational needs into system requirements and ensuring process consistency.
• Provide first level SAP PP support to end users (production order management, supply chain analysis, material creation. . . ) helping resolve issues or escalate them when needed
• Collaboration with other key users (MM, FICO, EWM), for internal improvement projects or problem solving to ensure seamless process integration.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and standardization.

Your profile:

• Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in similar positions
• Strong SAP PP skills.
• Experience with SAP MM; SAP EWM
• Experience with MS Power
  BI is a plus
• Clear, concise, and collaborative communication.
