Position: SAP ABAP HCM

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
2. Serve as an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively.
3. Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
4. Provide solutions to problems within your team and across multiple teams.
5. Develop expertise in Applications Architecture; proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is recommended.
6. Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
7. Collaborate with
   - functional teams for seamless application integration.
8. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of application architecture.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development.
