? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ABAP development experience, including S/4HANA projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex delivery environments;
  
  Advanced English is mandatory as most stakeholders are part of an international team.
• Expertise in OO ABAP, CDS views, AMDP, and RAP on S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with IDocs, BAPIs, OData services, and API integration.
• Advanced performance tuning, memory management, and SQL optimization.
• Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 integration concepts (OData, annotations) and backend services.
• Proficiency with transport management and quality tooling (ATC, SCI, SAT, ST05).
• Continuous improvement mindset grounded in metrics,
  - incident reviews, and roadmap alignment.
• Hands-on experience across multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to domain modules (e. G. , FI/CO, MM, SD, PM) and
  - application components.
• Experience with Dev
  Ops practices (CI/CD for ABAP, Git-enabled CTS, test automation).
• Knowledge of
  -
  - design (authorization checks, data privacy) and compliance.
• Familiarity with cloud integration (SAP BTP, CAP) and
  - driven pattern.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ABAP components (classical & OO ABAP), including reports, enhancements, forms, and frameworks.
• Build
  - quality artifacts using Core Data Services (CDS), AMDP, and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for S/4HANA.
• Implement user exits, BADIs, enhancements (Enhancement Framework), and BAPIs to meet business requirements.

Integration & Interfaces:

• Design and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, OData services, and SOAP/REST web services;
  
  collaborate with PI/PO/CPI teams for middleware orchestration.
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange and handle error monitoring and reprocessing.

Performance & Quality:

• Conduct
  - cause analysis, advanced debugging, SQL trace/ST05 optimization, and ATC/code inspector compliance.
• Establish unit/integration testing strategies and contribute to test automation where feasible.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor junior developers, review code, and promote engineering best practices (clean ABAP, SOLID principles).
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and product owners in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews).
