SAP Administrative Assistant
A multinational company is looking for a role that involves providing remote support to the Global Purchasing Manager and Corporate Procurement Team, handling administrative tasks such as managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and assisting with procurement processes. Administer SAP PO (Purchasing Orders) processes (PO creation and adjustment, GRs and SES creation, invoice reviews, and linkage with POs).
Analyze problems, determine the approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
Communicate with company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information, complete SAP P2P processes, and prepare reports.
Handle work of a critical or confidential nature.
Provide administrative support by handling incoming emails from the business and finance requests.
Reconcile planned and unplanned invoices.
