Sap Administrative Assistant
A multinational company is looking for a role that involves providing remote support to the Global Purchasing Manager and Corporate Procurement Team, handling administrative tasks such as managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and assisting with procurement processes.
- Administer SAP PO (Purchasing Orders) processes (PO creation and adjustment, GRs and SES creation, invoice reviews, and linkage with POs).
- Analyze problems, determine the approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
- Communicate with company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information, complete SAP P2P processes, and prepare reports.
- Handle work of a critical or confidential nature.
- Provide administrative support by handling incoming emails from the business and finance requests.
- Reconcile planned and unplanned invoices.
