SAP APO (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

- Demand Management and Forecasting:

Supply/Demand analysis and assessment (MRP/MPS/VMI, etc. ) - Incident Management and Requests:

Support and resolution of incidents (mainly corrective maintenance) of level 2 & 3 of a critical and/or complex nature - Execution of complex or
- industrialized Request Services - Writing procedures (incidents and Services Request) for execution by level 2 teams - Conducting transfer sessions for level 2 teams - Contributing to backlog reduction and service enhancement;



Monitoring and resolution of problems - Analyzing needs, designing solutions, quoting, and implementing developments according to agreed priorities and following the ‘change management’ process - Utilizing SAP/APO for Demand Planning (DP) and Global Available To Promise (GATP);



Potential to learn other solutions like OMP planning and VMI software - English language proficiency is mandatory. Soft skills - Good communication - Team spirit - Proactivity - Time management What we can offer:
