Join our team as an Application Manager (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about technology, leadership, and managing critical business applications? ?

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to oversee the full application lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, technical evolution, and alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

? Key Responsibilities:

✨ Manage the entire lifecycle of business applications, from maintenance to technical and functional evolution.

✨ Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

✨ Manage vendors and application support contracts, ensuring quality and SLA compliance.

✨ Ensure adherence to defined IT processes and frameworks.

✨ Lead technical teams and manage resources efficiently.

✨ Prioritize and manage tickets using ITSM tools (HPSM, Service Now, Easy
Vista).

✨ Oversee budgets and monitor application performance KPIs.

✨ Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to define robust technical solutions.

✨ Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

✨ Maintain

✨ Contribute to the definition of the technology roadmap and application strategy.

? Key Skills:

✅ Proven experience as an Application Manager or technical lead, preferably in SAP environments (valued).

✅ Experience working with Agile methodologies.

✅ Strong understanding of application maintenance and lifecycle management.

✅ Knowledge of SLAs/OLAs and vendor management.

✅ Experience in team leadership and budget management.

✅ Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ High level of motivation, proactivity, and adaptability.

? Tools & Technologies:

✅ Experience with ticketing tools such as HPSM, Service Now, and Easy
Vista.

✅ Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Azure Dev
Ops.

? Education & Certifications:

? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

? Certifications in IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO20000, COBIT) are a plus.
