Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP BASIS Administrator to perform run activities linked to ticket handling for multiple customers assigned by our SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) in combination with project tasks such as S/4HANA conversion, EHP upgrade, OS/DB Migration, Cloud Migration.

Requirements

- 3+ years' experience in SAP BASIS

- B1 level English

Responsibilities

• System Copy (e. G. , System Refresh)
• Client Copy (local or remote)
• Performance analysis
• Trace/log analysis
• EWA report analysis
• Add-on installation or upgrade
• Database update or upgrade
• User creation
• Role assignment
• Certificate renewal (SSL or SAPRouter)
• Monitoring alert analysis
• Various technical error analysis and resolution
