Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP BASIS Adminstrator to perform Run activities linked to ticket handling for multiple customers assigned by our SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) in combination with project tasks (S/4 HANA conversion, EHP upgrade, OS/DB Migration, Cloud Migration,

Requirements

3+ years' experience in SAP BASIS

B1 level English

Responsibilities

System Copy (ie System Refresh)

Clients Copy (local or remote)

Performance analysis

Trace/log analysis

EWA report analysis

Add-on installation or upgrade

Database Update or Upgrade

User creation

Role assignement

Certificate renewal (SSL or saprouter)

Monitoring alert analysis

Various technical error analysis and solving
