Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations. Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures. Ensure system security and compliance with best practices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues. Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration. Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of SAP platforms according to established service level agreements, working individually or in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to understand complex situations and communicate technical information to
- technical stakeholders. Support and maintain SAP environments including ERP / S/4 HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, and AS Java.

Profile:

• More than 4/5 years' experience in SAP BASIS
• SAP Certified is a plus
• English required
• Experience in system installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and system copies (homogeneous/heterogeneous)
• Experience in SAP system performance analysis
• Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase, Oracle, Max
  DB, DB2, SQL database administration
• Experience with Microsoft/Unix Operating Systems
• Experience with Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud; Cloud Certification is a plus
• Experience with BTP Administration, SAP Signavio, GRC is a plus
• Ability to work independently or in a team on SAP support projects
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as needed
