Our client in Portugal is currently looking for an SAP BASIS Consultant to work with them for 6 months initially.

Job Title: SAP Basis Coordinator (Cutover & Go-Live)

Location: Remote (occasional client site visits required)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Language: English (fluent)

SAP Basis Consultant with strong coordination skills to support the management of complex SAP landscapes. This role is focused on Development, Quality, and Production environments , ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple technical and functional teams during critical phases such as Cutovers, Go-Live activities, and Rehearsals .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SAP Basis activities across Development, Quality, and Production systems.
• Act as a central point of contact for all Basis-related topics during Cutovers and Go-Live phases.
• Work closely with functional, technical, and project teams to align timelines and dependencies.
• Oversee rehearsal activities to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and escalate risks, ensuring proper documentation and communication across teams.
• Provide remote support, with flexibility to attend client site visits when required.
• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration and coordination .
• Proven track record in Cutover, Go-Live, and Rehearsal activities .
