What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Senior Consultant to own technical CAS service delivery across multiple customers and complex SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE) and related components. You will act as a technical advisor and problem solver for clients and internal stakeholders, handling technical configuration, integration, upgrades, lifecycle management, day‑to‑day operations, and system improvement initiatives. You will also design knowledge‑transfer programs and create technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of CAS services in an SLA‑based environment.
- Guide the team on troubleshooting activities in Basis, Security, and data growth aspects of SAP applications.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with other SAP teams for agile resolution of critical issues.
- Maintain quality assurance with deliverables and documentation.
- Act as the first escalation point for service delivery and lead the team from a Basis perspective.
- Participate in customer calls, identify focus areas, and provide consultancy.
- Handle complex customer discussions and interactions.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery, including AI‑based automation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Work Experience & Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 7 years’ SAP Basis experience.
- In‑depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration (ABAP/Java stacks, FIORI, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector) and SAP landscape management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Background in software architecture and cloud technology.
- Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Run, and ITSM ticketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.
- Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
