About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Technology Consultant with deep experience in SAP Basis , solution architecture, and leadership of complex delivery programs. In this senior role, you will guide
- scale SAP transformations, manage
- risk projects, and build strategic relationships with customers and SAP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  - volume,
  - complexity SAP delivery engagements, focusing on architecture, design, and strategic direction .
• Manage teams, tracks, or full projects—ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are achieved.
• Provide authoritative guidance on SAP Basis and solution architecture , translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders across customer and SAP organizations.
• Drive business development through thought leadership, innovation, and deep industry knowledge.
• Own and deliver work packages , ensuring quality, governance, and risk management.
• Contribute to organizational success through mentoring,
  - sharing, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP process implementation, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Expert-level understanding of SAP Basis (active certification required).
• Proven track record in managing complex SAP programs , including design, architecture, and leadership activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with multinational teams and
  - level customers.
• Ability to work legally from Portugal.
