Lead

- complexity SAP delivery engagements, focusing on architecture, design, and strategic direction. Manage teams, tracks, or full projects—ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are achieved. Provide authoritative guidance on SAP Basis and solution architecture, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders across customer and SAP organizations. Drive business development through thought leadership, innovation, and deep industry knowledge. Own and deliver work packages, ensuring quality, governance, and risk management. Contribute to organizational success through mentoring,
- sharing, and community engagement. Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP process implementation, architecture, or technical leadership roles. Expert-level understanding of SAP Basis (active certification required). Proven track record in managing complex SAP programs, including design, architecture, and leadership activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with multinational teams and
