Responsibilities - Your Mission

Our main mission is to contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the ERP Delivery Center. To accomplish that mission, we work closely with the ERP roadmap program and the Digital Business Partners.

Our target:

• Deliver the strategy and governance for the SAP Business Intelligence landscape in Airbus Defence and Space
• Provide a centralized core BI development team, with subcontracting and offshoring support if needed
• Ensure delivery of all BI projects within agreed budget and timeframe
• Support and maintain BI applications, ensuring service quality

We are looking for BI developers participating in major transformation projects of Airbus Defence and Space, capable of learning new technologies according to the digital arena's pace of change.

• Act as IM focal point and BI expert for all reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction
• Be responsible for BI projects
• Develop BI solutions to meet business requirements following development best practices
• Provide

  - end solutions focused on business outcomes and user experience, including maintenance and support
• Leverage technological trends and new possibilities (state-of-the-art)
• Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale
• Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment with multifunctional and international teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IM solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of new tools/changes and simplify the landscape
• Provide expert advice on BI system scoping, development, deployment, change management, and maintenance
• Coordinate communication with other IM areas
• Lead change management activities

• Manage and deliver projects in an agile manner
• Support business with BI applications, providing functional and technical support
• Implement bug fixes and solve issues within SLAs
• Be accountable for BI reporting service

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of experience in the domain
• Deep technical knowledge in BW; experience in BW4HANA and HANA (views, CDS, procedures) is mandatory; BW administration knowledge is a plus
• SQL proficiency
• Basic ABAP knowledge (debugging/adaptation capabilities)
• Experience with SAC and embedded BPC is desirable
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers
• Proactive work ethic with all stakeholders
• Ability to meet strict deadlines within multidisciplinary teams
• Decision-making and proactive attitude
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills
• English at an advanced level; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial
