Job Responsibilities

• Support and monitor data flows between business systems.
• Feed and maintain local clearance templates for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Provide functional and technical support to business users, managing incidents, service requests, and information inquiries while ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication during major incidents.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze new requirements, design and document technical solutions, and execute system monitoring and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and maintaining the BO RMR reporting application, a critical system built on SAP BW and SAP BO technologies, ensuring reliable data flows and accurate feeding of local clearance templates.
• Expertise in SAP BI Launch
  Pad and Fiori, focusing on the creation, maintenance, and analysis of Web Intelligence (Web
  I) reports.
• Structured work and organizational skills.
• Proactive and dynamic.
• Fluency in English.
