We are looking for a Senior SAP C4C Consultant for a hybrid project in Portugal.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute
  -
  - end SAP C4C implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into system design and configuration.
• Customize and configure SAP C4C Sales & Service modules.
• Integrate SAP C4C with backend systems (e. G. , SAP ERP, S/4HANA) and
  - party tools.
• Conduct workshops, provide user training, and support UAT.
• Ensure best practices in CRM processes and customer engagement solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of
  - on experience with SAP C4C (Sales, Service, and Configuration).
• Strong understanding of SAP CX ecosystem, including integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Experience with Key User Tools, Mashups, Web Services, and Workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Fiori is a plus.
• Excellent communication and
  - facing skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  
  
  
  other languages area plus.
