We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Cloud ALM solutions and consulting experience in managing application lifecycle within a cloud environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM solutions to meet organizational needs. Customize SAP Cloud ALM tools and processes to align with business requirements.

• Lifecycle Management: Manage the full application lifecycle, including change management, CHARM configuration, monitoring, and optimization.

• Monitoring & Optimization: Set up monitoring, optimize the use of SAP Cloud ALM tools, and propose improvements to enhance application lifecycle management.

• Integration: Possess knowledge and experience in integrating SAP Joule (Generative AI assistance) and other systems with SAP Cloud ALM, including S4 HANA, BW, and support connectivity.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 1-2 implementation and configuration experiences of SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience in at least 2 S4 HANA upgrades with
  - configuration knowledge.
• Knowledge of migrating from SAP Solution Manager to Cloud ALM, with consulting experience in suggesting and implementing new features.
• Experience in configuring CHARM within CALM, SLD, LMDB, and connectivity to SAP support.
• Experience with CTMS/TMS configuration of Cloud ALM with BTP services.
• Configuration of integration between S4, BW, and Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of S4 HANA upgrades is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Joule (AI Copilot integrated with SAP Cloud ALM).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead project discussions, handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively.
• Organized,
  - minded, and eager to learn.
• High proficiency in English; SAP certification is a plus.
