YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in SAP ALM to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Implementation and operations of SAP ALM
• Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a focus on logistics module SAP SD
• Collaborating with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems
• Resolving functional problems, escalating and tracking problems appropriately
• Managing system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies
• Creating and delivering documentation, training, and communication around features and process changes
• Participating in the design of new enhancements and business processes to improve operational efficiency

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar
• +10 years' experience with SAP BASIS
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and requirements
• Experience in at least one implementation is desirable
• Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Systems Maintenance, Users Maintenance, Incident resolution (troubleshooting and resolution)
• Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolving complex problems
• Excellent communication and influencing skills within business and IT communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to interact with and help end users
• Fluency in English is a must
