If so, you will enjoy being part of our Procurement team in Porto as a SAP Concur Consultant for Global Employee Mobility.

Job description
As a SAP Concur Consultant, you will be able to join our Mobility Service Management team who serves the Mobility landscape at Infineon globally, while taking care of the maintenance of our Concur tool worldwide and its implementation on new countries.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the implementation of SAP Concur, evaluation of Travel & Expenses Services (TES) processes requirements and identification of local needs (in case of
  - outs) and its implications on standard processes while driving harmonization
• Implement new settings and perform daily maintenance of the tool with a focus on stable, compliant and efficient TES processes for request, booking and expenses (user administration, accounting, organization structure, policies, etc. )
• Communicate and collaborate with different areas of the company as well as with the external service providers, seeking smart solutions, improvements, and standardization opportunities considering the needs of all stakeholders
• Improve and digitalize processes by assessing them, identifying and making recommendations for higher efficiency of the system
• Ensure proper reporting to all parties and stakeholders involved, monitoring the import/export files and processes related with the tool in cooperation with IT
• Be responsible to properly document procedures aligned with Infineon’s Travel & Expenses Processes, Guidelines and Working Instructions

Your Profile
You are a natural team player with excellent communication skills who is able to grow sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have an excellent analytical thinking mindset with the ability to gather, analyze data and monitor results. Furthermore, you are able to solve complex problems without losing sight of the big picture and you are decisive and able to drive decision for difficult issues.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of experience with mobility related processes, such as global mobility/assignment management, travel and expenses, etc
• Experience with SAP Concur tools (mandatory) and SAP ERP (preferred)
• Ability to lead or contribute to project implementation initiatives, including thorough documentation and
  - functional collaboration
• Fluency in English (mandatory). German is an advantage
