Responsibilities

• Support existing BPC Application and lead the transition to the new Gen Consolidation tool (Group Reporting).
• Advise and support the business in designing and implementing innovative SAP solutions in financial consolidation, planning, and forecasting areas.
• Take responsibility for the entire development process, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and stable operation.
• Implement SAP solutions through customization, functional testing, and training, aligned with our global harmonization initiative.
• Participate in
  - functional working groups and communities of practice to shape technological foundations.
• Integrate adjacent systems via interfaces in collaboration with internal development teams.
• Conduct training sessions to educate key user communities.
• Support and improve existing BPC solutions by resolving support tickets and contributing to process improvements and harmonization.
• Monitor and manage external implementation service providers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP BPC and S/4 Group reporting experience, including customizing, rollout, and development.
• Ability to work in global and virtual teams with an independent and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SAP solutions in business language and collaborate across divisions.
• Customer-oriented work attitude.
• Experience with S/4 HANA (project or working experience) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles.
