SAP Consultant

Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Contract: Permanent / Freelance (Long-term)

We’re urgently seeking a Senior SAP IBP CI/DS Integration Consultant.

You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and maintaining integration flows between SAP IBP and core systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, external sources) using SAP Cloud Integration (CI), Data Services (DS), CPI, and OData.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Implementation

• Configure & maintain SAP IBP integration scenarios with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and external systems.
• Use SAP Cloud Integration (CI), Data Services (DS), SDI, ODP, SLT, and CPI for ETL processes.
• Ensure seamless data flow between planning modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization).

Functional & Technical Analysis

• Translate business requirements into functional specs for data integration.
• Collaborate with IBP functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning) to align data with processes.

Monitoring & Support

• Troubleshoot integration errors, implement data validation, and ensure data consistency.
• Develop reconciliation mechanisms for
  - time accuracy.
• Work with developers, architects, and admins to optimize connectivity, security, and performance.

Must-Have Requirements

Hands-on experience

• ETL processes, data modeling, and integration monitoring.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese (nice to have).
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on data accuracy & system performance.
