SAP CPI Consultant

Ryanair’s technology brand, Ryanair Labs, is looking for a skilled SAP CPI Consultant to support integration of SAP Success
Factors with other systems. The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology for Europe’s largest travel website and contribute to Ryanair’s expansion to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP Success
  Factors and other systems (SAP and third‑party).
• Use Success
  Factors Integration Center and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Gain exposure to cloud integration suite capabilities such as SAP API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors & Integration Advisor.
• Handle security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.
• Perform regular updates, data loads, and real‑time integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure all integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Document integration processes and provide user support where needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP Success
  Factors, particularly Integration Center & CPI/BTP.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CPI/BTP and web services (SOAP, REST).
• Good understanding of Success
  Factors modules (EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2. 0, Compensation, Employee Central Payroll).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll data integrations.
• Ability to produce technical and functional documentation.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing end‑to‑end integration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP security and GDPR compliance for HR data.
• Experience building integrations between Success
  Factors and other SAP and third‑party systems.

• ABAP knowledge.
