We’re looking for two experienced SAP CPI Integration Developer, one as team lead, for our international client in utility industry.

Job details:

• Role: SAP CPI Integration Developer
• Location: Remote
• Full time
• Start date: asap
• Duration: 6 months + extension (project expected to last 2 years)

Scope:

• Develop, configure, and test integration scenarios using SAP CPI.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into efficient integration solutions.
• Collaborate with integration architects and project managers/product owners to optimize architectural decisions.
• Comply with and promote integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integration flows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support full project lifecycle activities from design to deployment and
  -
  - live support.
• (Lead Developer) Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship for development teams.

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of
  - on experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) development.
• Strong experience in developing i
  Flows using various adapters (e. g. , SFTP, HTTPS, IDOC, SOAP, REST).
• Solid proficiency in Groovy scripting for data transformation and custom logic – mandatory.
• Experience integrating SAP with
  - party systems (cloud or
  - prem).
• Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2. 0, Basic Auth, Certificate-based, etc. ).
• Experience with error handling, logging, and message tracing within CPI.
• Fluent in English

Skills nice to have:

• Familiarity with SAP Event Mesh or other event brokers (e. g. , Kafka, Rabbit
  MQ).
• Understanding of
  - driven architecture (EDA) and asynchronous communication principles.
• Basic knowledge of API Management, OData, and SAP BTP services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for SAP CPI (e. g. , Git
  Hub, Jenkins).
