We are supporting a large, global technology and consulting organisation with a strong footprint in enterprise SAP programmes , currently expanding its SAP CRM capabilities within
- term utilities initiatives in Europe.

This organisation delivers complex,
- scale SAP transformations for international utility clients, working across regulated and deregulated markets and in close collaboration with global delivery teams.

Open roles (depending on experience):

• SAP CRM Junior Consultant
• SAP CRM Business Analyst
• SAP CRM Technical Consultant
• SAP CRM Functional Lead
• SAP CRM Architect

The role and scope will be defined according to the candidate’s experience, strengths, and career stage.

Key responsibilities (vary by seniority):

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP CRM solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Interaction Center.
• Participate in requirements gathering,
  - gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure SAP CRM components such as Web UI, Business Roles, Action Profiles, ERMS, and Interaction Center.
• Develop, review, or govern custom developments (ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits).
• Support and manage integrations between SAP CRM, SAP IS-U, middleware (PI/PO/CPI), and
  - party systems.
• Contribute to data migration, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Define and execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and alignment with the S/4HANA Utilities roadmap (for senior profiles).
• Work closely with international stakeholders in a global delivery model.

Technical skills (depending on role)

• SAP CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center, ERMS).
• SAP CRM Web UI configuration.
• ABAP development and debugging (for technical roles).
• SAP Middleware: PI/PO/CPI.
• Integration with SAP IS-U and
  - party systems.
• APIs (REST/SOAP), RFC/BAPI.
• SAP Clean Core principles and S/4HANA Utilities roadmap (for senior roles).
