? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of SAP CRM technical experience, preferably in utilities.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle CRM implement. Advanced English is mandatory as most of the internal stakeholders are part of an international team.
- Strong SAP CRM technical expertise including Web UI customization and component workbench.
- Proficiency in ABAP development, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP Middleware (PI/PO/CPI) and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of
- specific CRM processes and data models. - Familiarity with API/web services (REST/SOAP) and RFC/BAPI interfaces.
- Continuously improve by leveraging lessons learned, observability metrics, and roadmap innovations.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle CRM implementation
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to SAP IS-U integration and Fiori applications.
- Experience with Agile delivery and Dev
Ops practices.
? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
- Technical Configuration: Configure SAP CRM components including Web UI, Business Roles, Action Profiles, and Interaction Center.
- Development: Implement ABAP enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, and user exits for custom requirements.
- Integration: Support middleware (PI/PO/CPI) setups and troubleshoot replication issues between SAP CRM, IS-U, and
- party systems. - Performance & Debugging: Conduct
- cause analysis, optimize code, and ensure system stability. - Documentation & Testing: Prepare technical specifications, perform unit and integration testing, and maintain technical documentation.
