Team: SAP Customer Experience (CX)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated university student to join our SAP Customer Experience (CX) team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain
- on experience with SAP's cloud solutions, contributing to key projects while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the CX team in configuring and customizing SAP Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining cloud implementations.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to solution documentation and presentations.
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to meet project milestones.

Additional Activities:

• Contribute to strategic projects within the Customer Experience area.
• Assist in configuring and
  - tuning
  - specific features aligned with business goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to suggest improvements for system performance and user experience.
• Identify and address potential process and workflow improvements to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Enrolled university student (f/m/d) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies and interest in SAP solutions.
• Willingness to learn and master new technologies quickly.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Strategic thinking and strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within a team.
• Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for customer success and

• Proficient in English communication and presentation skills.
