Portuguese company hires for a hybrid SAP EWM Developer position in Porto, Portugal.

Location: Porto - Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2x/week in the office)

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP EWM functionalities using ABAP, BAd
  Is, Enhancements, RF Framework, and other SAP technologies.
• Configure and customize technical objects for inbound, outbound, picking, packing, slotting, and resource management processes.

• Develop interfaces between SAP EWM and other modules (MM, SD, TM) or external systems (WMS, ERP).
• Work with IDocs, Web Services, PI/PO, SAP CPI, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand specifications and requirements.
• Participate in technical and functional reviews to ensure solution quality and alignment.

• Perform unit testing and support integration and acceptance testing.
• Debug and optimize code as needed to ensure performance and reliability.

• Create and maintain technical specifications (TS) and other solution documentation.
• Support the development of technical manuals and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development, preferably in SAP EWM.
• Proficiency in ABAP and SAP EWM components/concepts, including RF Framework, queuing, and warehouse tasks.
• Experience with SAP integration (IDocs, PI/PO, CPI).
• Ability to read and interpret functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
