SAP Developer (SAP TM) – Wire IT

Location: Remote (Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt)

Role

As an SAP TM Developer, you will design, develop, test and document SAP Transportation Management solutions, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP development (SAP TM)
• Proficiency in ABAP, BOPF, FPM, BRF+
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, PI/PO, CPI)
• Ability to read and interpret functional specifications
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

Certifications (valued)

• SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP Net
  Weaver / S/4HANA
• SAP Integration Suite Certification (SAP BTP)
• SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)

Tasks

Technical Development

• Implement SAP TM functionalities through development using ABAP, BOPF, FPM, BRF+ and other relevant SAP technologies
• Configure and customise technical objects within SAP TM (freight orders, planning, charge management, etc. )

Integration

• Develop interfaces between SAP TM and other modules (SD, MM, EWM) or external systems (TMS, WMS, ERP)
• Work with technologies such as IDocs, PI/PO, CPI, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs

Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with functional consultants to understand specifications and requirements
• Participate in technical and functional reviews to ensure alignment and solution quality

Testing and Quality

• Perform unit testing and support integration testing
• Fix bugs and optimise code as needed

Technical Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation (TS Technical Specifications)
• Support the documentation of solutions and technical manuals
