Cross Border Talents is searching for a SAP Digital Customer Manager for our client in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client, based in Europe, provides an integrated suite of services including IT services, infrastructure management, engineering and R&D, and business services to customers throughout Europe. Responsibilities:
- Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Orchestrate overall service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
- Assist in
- escalations of critical customer situations. - Support critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support, as applicable.
- Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
- Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.
- Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with SAP user stakeholders, especially virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success.
- Review account status and analyze if an account needs to be transitioned to another team based on growth in volume or complexity.
- Ensure systematic onboarding of associates with mandatory training documentation.
- Enable continuous delta knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refresher trainings.
Technical Skills:
- Technical expertise in SAP Basis with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.
- Good understanding and
- on experience with HANA database. - Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
- Experience with Saa
S products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc. ) integration with SAP landscape is a plus. - Hands-on experience with any hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in
- national software/IT organizations. - 2+ years of cloud knowledge (through Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery Program management).
- 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA Basis knowledge.
- Mandatory languages: German, Dutch, and Greek.
- Remote work in Portugal.
- Work schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday).
