Role Description :

• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing domain.
• Liaise with peers to ensure support, standards adherence, and consistency in solution designs.
• Understand and articulate business needs for projects, considering capabilities, risks, system dependencies.
• Analyze architecture options, facilitate solution selection discussions, and recommend the best options based on input from product teams and stakeholders.
• Simplify complex problems to drive initiatives.
• Support customer engagement throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, from consulting to implementation.
• Assist customers in their transformation journey, establishing yourself as a trusted partner to drive engagement.
• Be
  - motivated and capable of working independently.
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
• Act as a team lead and coordinator.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of SAP manufacturing consulting experience.
• Desired experience with full SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) / Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) project implementations.
• Desired experience with SAP DMC implementation, proof of concept, or pilot projects.
• Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning with Process Industries (PP-PI), and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Experience with DMC core areas such as application configuration, BOM, Routing, Data Collection, Resource Orchestration, Shopfloor Designer, Insights, and interfaces to SAP SCC/S4HANA.
• Understanding of different plant landscapes, integration methodologies, and positioning of SAP MII and DMC.
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Desired SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing Implementation certification (C_S4CMA_2208).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
