Role Description :

• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing domain.
• Liaise with peers to ensure support, adherence to standards, and consistency in solution designs.
• Understand and articulate business needs for projects, considering capabilities, risks, system dependencies.
• Analyze architecture alternatives, drive solution selection conversations, and provide recommendations on the best options, considering input from product teams and business stakeholders.
• Simplify complex problems to drive initiatives.
• Support customer engagement throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, from consulting to implementation.
• Help enable customers in their transformative journey - establish yourself as a trusted partner to drive engagement.
• Be
  - motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
• Act as a team lead and coordinator.
