Mission Context:

Our client is strengthening its internal SAP Centre of Excellence (Co
E) as part of its global S/4HANA transformation program. Within this context, the company is looking for a permanent SAP EHS Specialist with a strong focus on Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene to support the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of its global EHS processes.

The role sits within SAP EH&S and Product Stewardship domain, ensuring compliance with global safety regulations and maintaining

- class operational excellence across all business units.

The future candidate will have flexibility to work remotely with some travels to Lisbon once in while.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the internal expert for SAP EHS Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene processes.

- Maintain and enhance EHS master data, safety data sheets (SDS), and hazardous substance management.

- Ensure regulatory compliance (REACH, GHS, CLP, OSHA, etc. ) through proper SAP EHS configuration and data management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define and implement process improvements.

- Support EHS integration with related SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, EHSM, etc. ) within the S/4HANA environment.

- Lead testing, documentation, and
- user training activities for EHS functionalities.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support audit readiness.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- 5+ years of experience with SAP EHS, including Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene submodules.

- Proven knowledge of SDS authoring, reporting, and substance volume tracking.

- Understanding of chemical regulatory frameworks (REACH, CLP, GHS, OSHA, etc. ).

- Experience in S/4HANA EHS environment (or migration from ECC).

- Ability to work
- functionally with business, IT, and compliance teams.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive and autonomous working style.

- Fluency in English & Portuguese
