SAP EPPM & Resource Management Consultant (Public Cloud)

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Contract Type: 1-year B2B, with strong possibility of permanent placement

Language: English (mandatory) — French is an added value

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EPPM & Resource Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in processes related to C4P (Customer for Projects). You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing project management, resource planning, and
- related operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementations and enhancements in SAP EPPM on S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Configure and optimize Resource Management, workforce planning, and project staffing flows
• Integrate project operations with C4P and related Public Cloud modules
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP Public Cloud solutions
• Provide functional expertise, best practices, documentation, and user training
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support testing cycles, UAT sessions, and go‑live/hypercare phases
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project portfolio management processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as SAP consultant in EPPM, Resource Management, or Project Systems (PS)
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration
• Experience with C4P / Project Collaboration / SAP Public Cloud for Projects is a strong plus
• Understanding of project financials, resource scheduling, and project lifecycle processes
• Ability to work in international teams; excellent communication skills in English
• French language skills are an added advantage
