About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Consultant to lead functional analysis, solution design, and delivery within warehouse management projects. You will act as the strategic link between operations and technology, ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP EWM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from operations, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications.
• Propose SAP EWM solutions aligned with operational workflows and existing system architecture.
• Participate in functional and technical design workshops.
• Create and maintain Functional Specifications (FS) and support technical documentation alongside development teams.
• Guide technical teams during implementation and validate technical and functional deliverables.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support SIT and UAT.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring full alignment across requirements, development, and delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a SAP EWM Consultant.
• Proven expertise in SAP EWM implementations.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes — inbound/outbound, picking, packing, slotting, RF, etc.
• Experience drafting functional specifications and supporting technical delivery.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Valued Certification

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Extended Warehouse Management in SAP S/4HANA.
