Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a SAP EWM Consultant.
• Proven experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of warehouse management processes, including inbound/outbound, picking, packing, slotting, RF, etc.
• Experience in drafting functional specifications and guiding technical teams.

Certifications (valued)

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Extended Warehouse Management in SAP S/4HANA

Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

• Gather and analyse functional requirements with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.

Functional Design

• Propose SAP EWM solutions aligned with operational processes and the existing SAP architecture.
• Participate in functional and technical design workshops.

Documentation

• Create and maintain functional documentation (FS – Functional Specifications).
• Support technical documentation in collaboration with developers.

Development Support

• Guide the technical team in implementing the designed solutions.
• Validate technical and functional deliverables.

Testing and Validation

• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).

Coordination and Communication

• Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, development, and deliverables.
