Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• SAP EWM consultant to provide strong technical expertise and perform configuration in SAP Material Management and SAP e
Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Inventory Management (IM) modules of SAP.

• Should have working knowledge of Inbound and outbound processing with embedded environment

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems.

• Work on incidents based on priorities P1/P2/P3/P4 and provide solutions as per SLAs

• Assist in the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules.

• Work on service requests and change requests

• Should have some
- on experience working with service now ticketing tool

• Candidate need to work from client location (Hybrid mode) and assist users and
- ordinate between team in India

• Candidate need to follow Portugal timing of 8AM to 5PM to support Portugal plant
